 She received her degree from San Diego State University in 1992. Her career started as an oncology nurse where she soon learned that her patients were some of her greatest teachers. From them she learned to face her own fears and to live! This inspired her to become a clinical instructor for an LPN program through which she enjoyed sharing the science of nursing, the art of patient care, and the wisdom of her many patients. During Julianne's personal practice she found that not all patients responded in the same manner to medical treatment. To better understand how she could assist her patients, she continued her learning. From educational programs and classes to healing ceremonies in sweat lodges, the answer was clear. Julianne realized the need to integrate mind, body and spirit as integral parts of the healing process. Today, Julianne's private practice focuses on personal transformation through energy balancing and coaching. She facilitates private sessions for adults and children using methods from an extensive background of healing modalities. Julianne is Master-Instructor of Usui, Shamballa and Karuna Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Magnified Healing. She is also a Shamanic Practitioner, a member of the Society for Shamanic Studies, and a founding member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners. Julianne is available for seminars and classes on healing arts and sciences with an integrated approach to health and wellness.
